The Parkside – A City in a House

The Parkside is the new neighborhood located at the intersection of Första Långgatan, Östra Sänkverksgatan, and Masthamnsgatan, with the new Masthuggsparken as its closest neighbor.

The project is a joint development by Elof Hansson Fastigheter and Riksbyggen. Together, we are constructing an 18-story residential building with commercial spaces on the first three floors. Elof Hansson Fastigheter’s building rights cover the basement and the first seven floors above ground, dedicated to commercial spaces and rental apartments. Riksbyggen is developing condominiums on floors 8 to 18.

The Parkside is situated in the heart of Masthuggskajen, Gothenburg, offering everything you need within reach—from everyday services to entertainment and shopping. You can reach the Central Station in just about five minutes, and a short walk will take you to the ferries crossing the river to Norra Älvstranden and Lindholmen. The area is filled with restaurants, cafés, shops, and other services, all within walking distance.
